I'm Tim McGrath from Emly and I have set up my driving school based around the Tipperary Town Test Centre, where we meet to start each lesson. I am trained to the new standards required by the RSA, also achieving a FETAC Level 6 Distinction in Car Driving Instruction. Catering for all learner permit holders from complete beginner to pretest. Currently achieving in excess of 70% pass rate.
